It's cheap for a reason – 1. It's not the best area. Obviously, it's not the most expense neighborhood, but my studio was broken into once, and I heard screams, arguments, and a very loud noise once, which I presume to be a gunshot. 2. A Living Nightmare – I moved in b/c I thought that it wasn't too bad and you get a huge apartment. Ha! I should have listened to all the comlaints about the management. They are polite to your face and seem willing to bend over backwards to get you to move in, but after that they could care less. Lisa Cebovic , the manager, is the head of a very unprofessional and rude office without any social skills. The office only communicates to residents in a negative and condescending manner.
