Outstanding in all aspects of real estate, but I need to emphasize the area of 'Negotiation Skills'. The ability to exceed excellence in the negotiation was crucial and key to the success of getting the contract for the purchase of the property. Look no further, I went with ReMax because I had a history with them, then the Padre Elite Team took over and I had no worries.
This was our 3rd time to work with Elite team and we love them. They work together as a team. Their response time is AWESOME which is something that is very important when you are trying to get deals closed. All the documents were able to be sent electronically which made it easier to get them completed faster. We had a great experience and would use them in the future.
