I was helping my sister find a vet for her cat and when I called a lady named Peggy was very rude and acted like me call this business was a inconvenience to her. Well point taken ill be sure she finds another vet!

I'm very upset as I just hung up with Peggy who was extremely rude to me and laughed when I asked if there were any appointments left for today as I have found a stray that needs serious attention. Peggy even laughed again on the phone when I asked about a possible appt for tomorrow. RUDE! Learn how to talk to people, Peggy! The staff there was very rude and when I called about a severely injured horse they were unwilling to help and referred me to Oso creek who does not even see large animals. This was not the first time our facility has been turned down by Dr. Heaton and her staff.
Dr Heaton had been our dog’s vet since moving from Canada 3 years ago, she and her amazing team are wonderful. I cannot say a bad thing. Very professional and caring, no matter the circumstance. Whether it’s for routine checkups or emergency visits, they are truly gifted at what they do!
Love Dr Heaton and her staff. Have been with them since she trained and took over the practice when Dr. Frye retired. She has seen me thru a lot. From horses to dogs. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
