I don’t know what type of management is running this place, but a realtor (I’m using this term loosely) named Zarina is overly aggressive and tried to tell my husband and I she'd be showing our unit outside of her permitted time. We also had COVID. She tells us to just wear a mask. EXCUSE ME? This place should be investigated, because this is typically a sign that much bigger things are happening behind the scenes.
My husband and I have been sick for several days at this point. Our current unit is listed for rent, leading many real estate agents to contact us for showings. One agent specifically with this organization severely lacked empathy when I asked for them to view the unit at a later date so we were outside our isolation window. Horrible experience speaking with Luciana. She spoke down to me as of I were a child and in my opinion is very unprofessional. Regardless of a match between client and property, she needs improvement in her demeanor!!!! I do not recommend anyone use their services.
