I was very happy with the service I received. From the online messaging to my visit with Amie at the store. Very helpful and pleasant to speak with. They have very good pricing and a great selection of products.
I would highly recommend going to Padis in Walnut Creek. Our salesman Dave was super helpful, informative, patient, and worked with us to design and find the perfect engagement ring. Throughout the process, we switched designs, center stones, etc; but we never felt pressured or forced to make a decision. We were having trouble visualizing some designs so Dave went out of his way to put sample stones in sample bands to paint a better picture. Can’t begin to describe how great this place is. Dave is a wonderful salesman, was extremely patient when showing us all the different options for our wedding bands. Whenever I had a question, Dave answered them quickly and thoroughly through text and phone call. The service is top notch compared to some of the bigger brands, who you have to deal with customer service representatives. We got our engagement and wedding bands here and just last month got my 10 yr anniversary band which I’m obsessed with. They were able to make exactly what I wanted after trying on multiple similar versions and their prices were so good I was even able to get a little bigger diamonds than I thought. They are our go to jeweler for sure and Dave was awesome and super helpful throughout the process!
Dave helped us find our first ring which we liked when we were first browsing. He explained the advantages and drawbacks of platinum vs. white gold, and all throughout felt genuine in his service to help us find what we're looking for. After some more browsing at other stores, we found a ring we liked even more, and even after I had moved states, I knew we had to go back to Dave when it came time to buy.
