I really wanted to love my experience at Padis, but unfortunately it fell short. My sister and husband had made an appointment and we had confirmation emails, yet when we arrived they had no record of it and we ended up with a different representative. Amie was amazing helping me out through the process for a wedding band, compared to other jewelry locations in the bay area. I'm detail I focus a lot on customer retention and experience and it was good throughout the process of Window shopping to 2 years later coming back, was great.
Padis is one of a kind and an amazing, wonderful jewelry store! It has a vast and beautiful selection of diamonds. They are unique in design and each one is certified. Personnel takes the time to give you specific information about your choice and spends as much time as needed to answer questions and other details of interest. The manager of this location is terrible at communicating. My fiancé got my engagement ring from the Napa location and had an amazing experience. However, we chose to go to Walnut Creek to order my wedding band. HUGE MISTAKE. The manager has given us wildly false timelines about how long things would take, which has only added unnecessary stress to the whole process.
