Rick remodeled my house this past year and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out!! Between he and his magic architect Andre, they totally transformed the place into a practically new house that suits me perfectly. His work was timely, cost-effective and of the highest quality. He was always available to answer my neophyte questions and that made a huge difference. I would not hesitate to use Rick again.
We bought our home for the location and size knowing it would be a complete remodel. Rick Padilla's experience and references were the reasons we chose him over other contractors. He was accessible and professional throughout the process. Rick demanded quality work from all of his sub-contractors and didn't hesitate to respond to any concerns that we had. We are extremely happy with the end result.
Rick built an excellent house for us in Scottsdale. After 16 years it is still in great shape with only minor repairs and renovations. He was on-time and on-budget and we woul use him again.
