My business was flooded on June 12th and when I contacted Mr. Padgett he said I will take care of you and he did. He filed the initial claim and 5 weeks later my case was closed check in hand to replace all my items. I am sorry to say that another business owner is still working with her adjuster passing in receipts. I couldn't be happier, the flood itself and not being able to be in your office is stressful enough. I highly recommend Padgett insurance. Mr. Padgett is awesome and so professional.
