Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Reception staff is very rude and unaccommodating. She is short and hangs up on you right away.

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Not really, it took a long time Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes
