move in and office staff I have had a positive experience working with the office team thus far. Both Ashley and Corrine have been exceptionally helpful during my moving process. Despite feeling anxious about the move, they were able to address all of my concerns. The maintenance manager and his team have also been fantastic, promptly resolving any issues that arose and demonstrating patience with even the smallest matters.

We're very happy here We have only been here for a few weeks now but everything has been a very nice change. Getting everything signed was a little stressful due to our work schedules being very limited in relation to the complex operating hours. But otherwise we really don't have any complaints. I know other reviews are complaining about price and other issues but we have lived in 4 different apartment complexes in Denton tx in the span of 6 years and Hickory Creek so far is the best apartment we've ever had. Hearing everything in the house The walls are very thin You could hear the neighbors talking or doing anything. You can hear everything in the house from one room. It’s horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lakes At Fountain Square I moved here back in approximately December 2006. I have called The Lakes my home & I have truly enjoyed my home! I get to meet different people from all over the world who have shared their family customs & friendships! Like all properties you have good and bad highlights! I continued to see the glass half full & appreciate change! To truly make the Lakes your home is up to you! I am staying & appreciate all management help & I hope you will come here to appreciate what The Lakes have to offer.

No complaints This is the first apartment that I have rented, but it seems perfectly fine to me. I have not had any issues worth noting. I love the ducks and the geese that like to paddle on the lake; they add a lot of character to the area.

Don't waste your money The price of rent for the space we get is not worth it. The lawns, parking lots, and common areas are unkept most of the time. We had a laundry room that didn't work for nearly 6 months and still doesn't work properly most of the time. During the six month period that the laundry room was down, some of the machines would take quarters and still not work and we were never offered any solutions other than to make a ticket with the CSC company.
