Don't waste your money The price of rent for the space we get is not worth it. The lawns, parking lots, and common areas are unkept most of the time. We had a laundry room that didn't work for nearly 6 months and still doesn't work properly most of the time. During the six month period that the laundry room was down, some of the machines would take quarters and still not work and we were never offered any solutions other than to make a ticket with the CSC company. Water is always turned off due to "main water line break" on a regular basis. This place is a joke. Every month on a regular basis they turn off the tenants water because there is always a "main water line break." Clearly they can't get it together if they're having to turn off tenants' water on a regular basis, it is a major inconvenience when tenants need to shower, cook, use the restroom, etc. Their washing machines and dryers in their laundry room are always broken, good luck if you can ever find a washing machine or dry... read more
