Be mindful! I’ve been living here for about three weeks now, and while I will say the maintenance team is amazing and very responsive, I can’t ignore the ongoing roach activity in my apartment. I’m seeing 5–6 roaches within an hour, mainly in my bathroom, hallway, and kitchen. With kids and a pet, this has made settling in very uneasy and frustrating. Excellent so far We just moved in and have had a great experience so far. The management has all these processes working like a well oiled machine...smooth. The staff are nice too. Couldn't ask for anything more really.

Great place to live Sparrows Point is a great place to live. The office mgr Tara, and Nick in the office are both kind and always attentive to any concerns. The Maintenance team is the best, very professional and quick to address any issues. Mr Randy has been awesome all 6 years that we have lived here. The office communication is always on point, directly and throughout the community, showing that they genuinely care about the residents. The community is clean and well maintained. Don't Waste Your Time It's just okay. We lived there for a year and couldn't wait to get out. The apartment itself was nice enough, but good luck getting maintenance to do a single thing. They'll mark your request as completed within seconds of you submitting it and never actually come fix it. The water is shut off constantly -- and I mean CONSTANTLY! I think we only ever went like 4-5 days, maximum, without having the water shut off for "repairs". The place is also infested with German cockroaches -- they're everywhere, and... read more
