Took my 750i in to troubleshoot issues I felt the "other" BMW place was not diagnosing properly. Was getting the condescending pat on the head from that shop - "it sounds loud because it's a big engine". Seriously?!? What a great find at Paddock! No condescending attitude at all - they took the time to lay out their game plan, discussed the multiple layers of potential issues and what repairing them would entail, gave a realistic timeline and did everything at a fair price. I absolutely loved it! My ZHP was acting weird and even though it was Friday late afternoon, I showed up 30 min before closing time, Doug took my car in! Super nice, patient and knowledgeable people! I have hard times trusting mechanics in general but in this case, I know that I’ll be back!:)
