I called to set up an appointment to get my car check since I was having difficulties to start my car. The response I got was awful and the representative didn’t bother to offer me a time where I cab drop it off and hung up on me. Then I got a voicemail from them to ask to called back, and I did. Doug blamed the behavior to the the stress that they were having because they are overwhelmed, then didn’t offer to an apology until almost the end of the conversation. These guys are the best around! Other shops wanted to charge $70+ on top of labor the second they found out my car was modified. Doug and his team did an absolute perfect job for an amazing cost and theres no other shop I'd recommend to bring your car, modified or otherwise.
