I don’t leave bad reviews ever, but when I do it’s for good reason. I don’t mean to be rude, just here to give feedback to hopefully not have this happen in the future to others. We order online, starving, and picked up, but I should’ve checked it right there so that’s my bad, but they forgot some toppings and all the sauces we asked for on both the bowls. I was sooo sad!! Kills me because I paid an arm and a leg for not very good bowls and could’ve spent it on all you can eat sushi instead. Lesson learned.

I went here and got the Broncos bowl with extra salmon and avocado. I think they forgot about the avocado. I also wish there was even more salmon after getting extra added. Overall it was good.

I love paddles up and the owners are incredible. Unfortunately the experience with this employee had ruined it on multiple occasions. She will belittle other employees in front of customers, and act rude. This last example I saw multiple customers come up and let her know that the sauce was a lot spicer than usual and she would hear any concerns and just kept saying that she ate it earlier that day and did not think it was too hot so we should all be fine.
