If your reading this review let me help save you tons of headache down the line with this company early. This is a very small veteran associated company so they are new to mortage and lending. Go to ****** ******** and get your home closed and have your keys in your hands. Horrible experience with the loan officer that was working with me. His name is **** *****. Does not call me, or email me, or provide me updates at all. Told me he will send over the pre approval letter on Monday. It is now Thursday and I still haven’t heard anything. That is just disrespectful and rude knowing I have a time limit on the process of getting a house. Why waste my time? You are most definitely better off with another lending company instead of wasting your time and submit your documents with this company.
Paddio was recommended to me as a potential lending agency via Zillow. I have purchased 3 homes previously and never heard of them. Paddio was fabulous throughout the process. Hard working, fast response times, had their facts in order, and pleasant all the time. They had many team members working on different aspects of the home buying process. They each introduced themselves and their role, so you knew who was doing what. It was an ************ to work with Paddio for the purposes of purchasing a home.
Awful. A nightmare. They keep deleting my ****** reviews. Poor communication. Inadequate training of employees. Fraudulent information. Horrible communication skills. You should be able to trust your lender. This is all new to me. I found a local lender who was able to get the job done. I successfully closed on the house I loved on 05-03-2022. Please avoid this company at all costs.
