I applied for a mortgage, the mortgage officer collected all my information required and after that encouraged me to have her run a credit check. She insisted it would only lower my score by a few points and she stated a lot of times the score will show higher I gave permission only to have my score drop by 21 points and after waiting days I finally had to contact Paddio only to be told I dont qualify due to debt income ratio.Why couldnt they have told me after I told them my income and debts and BEFORE they ran a credit che... read more

A great company. They did a great job with my house buying process.
My name is ****** , Last name is *****.Its been 34 days since I completed all documents. But There is no answer Yes or No. I called and couldnt reach **************************************** I sent e-mail. Again , There isnt answer.At last , Today (05/29/2024) I called Paddio and Ive told them that I wanna cancel my application for my mortgage. And They cancelled my application today.I dont think Paddio is right mortgage lender to work
I'd rather give them a big 0. By far the worst mortgage company that I've dealt with. Paddio is a joke and unprofessional company in my opinion. Paddio or **** the loan officer did not complete things that should have been completed and had me send the documents over and over again and every time I thought the process would be complete there they were requesting another form of documentation. They hard pull my credit automatically from website. Which cause my credit score down.
I had a fantastic experience with Paddio! My loan officer did and great job taking care of me and my family, even after we closed on our home. Thank you, Paddio!
If your reading this review let me help save you tons of headache down the line with this company early. This is a very small veteran associated company so they are new to mortage and lending. Go to ****** ******** and get your home closed and have your keys in your hands. Paddio/******* ****** they are the same company has alot of bureaucracy for nothing again they are a smaller company with less experience.
