The only thing that I see is your front reception area is NOT HIPPA compliant. Tori can not be your business manager and receptionist at the same time and protect information that falls under HIPPA. Talking on the phone to insurance carriers pharmacy or referrals should not be called in from the front reception phone. Because name birthday address phone number all fall under HIPPA and a have overheard every time I sit in your waiting room this caliber of information being transferred.
My health is extremely important to me. Therefore, I have been very careful to select a provider that goes above and beyond what is normal. Aadland Dental is not only at the top of the industry technologically, their customer service and level of care is everything I would hope for when it comes to my health—I wish this was the standard in healthcare rather than the exception. I highly recommend Aadland Dental and encourage anyone to use their services.
