I appreciate how interactive and attentive April, the hygenist was. I appreciate that she showed me the xrays in advance of the dentist seeing me and we looked together at the teeth I was complaining about. There is a fine line between discussion, gathering of information, and sharing ideas AND diagnosis. April did a decent job of explaining to the dentist my issues, but then she confirmed the dentist DX without including me in the conversation.
