Dr. Padanilam and his PA were both fantastic.
This was my first visit to this office. I was there based on referral by my PCP. I found the entire staff to be warm and understanding. Everyone from the first receptionist to my doctor and in between took time to thoroughly ask questions and explain things to me. They were so kind and I felt went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this practice to anyone I know who needs this specific care!
Was URGENT referred by another promedica office. Took three days for them to call me back with an appointment time and that URGENT appointment was over a week from the time they called. You’ll be all healed up before the doctor even sees you, or worse, starting to heal wrong and have even worse problems than the initial injury caused.
He was able to get me electronic files from another hospital that didn't want to share. He put shattered leg and ankle back together. So so thankful i had a skilled surgeon and a fantastic staff to complement his abilities. Literally couldn't ask any more unless he could waive magic wand and make it all go away Incidentally, he likes dark chocolate especially the good stuff.
