I made an appointment with Miss Shelly for July 9, 2024 at 2:00 pm at 8611 North Mopac Suite # 250 Austin TX 78759, PAD specialist to have a foot vein test done, because I have diabetic neuropathy, I requested transportation to my insurance when I arrive they tell me that I do not have an appointment that they can attend to me, they are irresponsible, I would give them zero stars, they are not professionals, do not trust them so that the same thing that happened to me does not happen to you.
I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end with this office. I've worked in Healthcare for many years but still have low expectations these days and this office goes above and beyond to make the visit almost enjoyable. I was impressed that the office was not over scheduled and I was given personal attention from each person I was with including the front desk coordinator who personally assists you in completing consent forms and stays to answer questions. The entire team from receptionist to nurse to the nurse practitioner is excellent and very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly I would recommend family and friends. Thank you for great service.
The staff at PAD are wonderful. Everyone was very nice and explained everything as they went along. They went over the results from the ultrasound on my veins in my legs immediately. Upon leaving, I was given a bag of goodies and offered a sandwich from Panera Bread. Highly recommend if their services are suggested by a doctor.
