Everyone is so nice and they have the best deals in town.
Owner and staff were obnoxious and rude. We paid them $6,000 for our hardwood floors. A transition piece was not installed properly so we held onto the remaining $500 until the piece was fixed. After the owner screamed at me over the phone, he had 2 men sit outside of my house for hours and said they were not going to leave until I gave them a check. Run away as fast as you can we bought our floors there .The installation was horrible the owner Mike promised he would fix the problem 3visits later no fix.Now Mike won't take our calls.Be forwarned if Mike opens his mouth he lies told me he sent a man to make repairs .I had a friend look for him he never came .Stay away stay far away.Just my opinion.
