The staff was very responsive, helpful and courteous. They helped me put together a lian that matched my needs exactly, and with very competitive terms, as well. I highly recommend Pacshores Mortgage.
PacShores to be avoided at all costs. Given a reasonable offer for a 2nd mortgage. All documentation submitted. A week went by and told its still in underwriting. Appraisal was higher than expected. Many, many emails and phone calls not returned. Finally spoke to Austin. He informs me the proposal was not in any way a commitment. Instead it turns out to be a tease only. Just received a new proposal from Austin. Now 8 points for the loan and a much higher interest rate. This place is a scam.
