The Customer service is always great. My starter gave out. Brought the car to Tire Pros Pacoima. They installed the new starter and as usual no up-sales at all. Car fixed and I’m very happy

Amazing service and honest car diagnostic.
Called to schedule an oil change because the dealerships are crazy expensive. Saw the reviews and all I can say is they are correct :) great customer service, excellent wait times (I didn't have to wait 6 hours for just an oil change!), and didn't feel pressured to get any additional services done like a lot of other shops tend to do. Everything was explained properly and they now have a customer for everything my baby is going to need. Believe the good reviews :) oh, and there's a cute dog there too.
