Project managers and CEO have to replace leaders and management at this health facility. After more than a decade this facility has serviced and helped many multi diversed families multi cultural. Newborns to old adults some families return as they are part of Pacoimas community and the surrounding areas. If we as patients do not feel welcomed or we have been received as a burden. I have been in pain for 7 months!!! I have a diagnosis but not 1 doctor here nor the “specialist” they sent me to gives me any medication to manage my symptoms. My mental health has gone down hill bc no one is listening to me or taking my concerns seriously I’ve never felt more defeated. I’m beginning to question rather I should keep fighting or just accept whatever is going to happen to me next. This whole experience has made me depressed and has me questioning the value of my life.
Some of the staff are super awesome and go above and beyond to make sure you're taking care of yourself. I was so embarrassed when I got sick at my appointment. but one of the doctors got me anti-nausea medication and a nurse sat with me until I was able to drive. They could have just sat me in the waiting room and left me to my own feelings. And for that I'm truly grateful!
