The tech arrived, walked the house with me, and told me what to expect as it relates to time and work. They did a great job and we'll use them again in 3 years or less. and thought they would scope out the ducts and show us what they looked like before, but not a huge deal.
Professional, On Time, Explained what I needed, Gave and accurate estimate. Did a great job. Highly recommend. Glad to know there are still service company's out there that do what they say and are fair.
Scheduling the job was very simple and they managed to come out within the same week. Our tech explained step by step how cleaning the system was efficiency wise. I am very satisfied with the job !
