The custom boxes had printing errors even with an approved design template. My company name was missing letters. An attempt to reprint them resulted in yet another printing error. The reprinted order included “a small mistake,” says PackMoo. There are no small printing mistakes [on a custom box]. PackMoo agreed to refund my money if I returned the boxes (400) at my expense. I needed custom boxes for client gifts in a hurry, and Justin was very responsive and able to fulfil my request. I ordered collapsible boxes with the magnet close. If I had more time, I would probably have asked him not to do collapsible as they are difficult to work with, but this was my error. The quality of foil deboss is very good and the overall look is professional. A little pricey, as we had to pay a rush fee, but that is to be expected with the tight deadline I had. Overall, very happy with the experience.

The packaging I received was over a week late, which caused me to miss my deadline for a client. Then MANY of the boxes I received had the foil scratched off and/or mis-printing on them. I have yet to decide if I'll involve my attorney or if I'll just warn others and move on.

Good place for packaging, shipping, and fancy gift boxes. They have a good selection in-store with different sizes. At PackMoo, They also do custom boxes with custom printing.
