I was Dr. Packer's patient while I lived in Utah. He and his staff are all very caring, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Packer to anyone who is looking for a great dentist. You will be in good hands.
The dental work was fine, but the front office staff are terrible and stuck me with a large bill after confusing me about whether I was covered or not. Then after I decided to give them another chance when I changed insurance companies they mocked me for not understanding my insurance while at the same time showing their incompetence by calling my new insurer and not being able to confirm whether I was covered or not.
Been going to Dr. Packer for over 2 years and we love him. When he talks to you or asks a question he wont have instruments in your mouth. He's very clear in explaining what he's doing or what will need to happen, and he makes you feel very comfortable. He has great employees who are happy and love children. Great place and would and do recommend him!
Packer Dental is the best dental office I've ever been to. Everyone is super friendly, informative, honest, and great to work with. I've been going to Packer Dental for over four years and have ALWAYS had a fabulous experience. Thanks to Dr. Packer and his team, I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
I've been going to Dr. Packer for years and have always had a wonderful experience. I recently took my 4 year old daughter for her first dental appointment and she was so nervous to go to the dentist because she had her "horror" stories from other children about their dentists. She LOVED Dr. Packer! The Dental assistants and Doctor Packer were so friendly with her and gentle and she loved the movie glasses that she got to wear while getting her teeth cleaned and examined.
