RecommendedAfter getting quotes @ 4 other repair shops, I decided to take my 04 Volvo S60 to Packard's of Vermont, kind of a last ditch effort, considering 1 previous shop said they wouldn't "waste " their time with it, another said I outa bring it to the junkyard now. 2 others quoted 3-5K, with less than 50% odds the main issue would be fixed. John and Zack are awesome, skilled, careful , honest ,friendly ,helpful. I have loved the Volvos that I have, bought from them.They have great service also. Margo keeps it all together for the business........
John has been amazing. we brought our car to him with several issues and he has worked diligently to fix everyone of them. I would recommend Packards to anyone.
These guys are the absolute best up here in VT if you're a Volvo owner. I've been going for most of a decade, now, and have always been happy I made the trek out (we're almost an hour away) because they do it right every time. Thanks!!!
