RecommendedThe care at Packard Health is exceptional, and I so appreciate their work for the uninsured, underinsured at homeless. It is so valuable for our community to have mental health care, a food bank, and medical care all under one roof. My experience as a patient has been positive every time, with providers taking the time to explain diagnoses and treatment plans.
Packard Health has an amazing staff and everyone is so nice and helpful. All of my doctors are in contact with each other and consider all aspects of my health.

My son had a scheduled appointment for 9:40 this am... well my daughter woke up sick also, temp of 104. I called the office a little after 8am to ask if the doctor could see my daughter at my sons appointment. The woman on the phone said of course. When we got to the office the doctor refused to see my daughter... my son and my daughter are patients there. That is their primary doctor.. they have insurance. They have the same symptoms. Looks like I need to find a different doctor. I have been misled on a few of my own conditions by this facility 🥺 and don’t really have a say so in my medications so I am happy to leave this office and find a new💀

In a world of busy medical facilities where you can feel like just a number or a dollar amount, Dr. Romero makes you feel that you are the most important person, and his utmost responsibility is his patients' well-being. What a mensch! His staff is so wonderful, too. I always walk away feeling listened to, understood, and satisfied.
