Bend's Pack Ship & More store atmosphere and employee attitudes are second to none! I've never seen them without a smile on their faces and when I come in with a jumble of items that need to be packed and boxed, they are never annoyed or seem put out. I would gladly drive 10- 15 minutes more to use their service than to go into the dreary, sour-faced, dark hole of the/any U.S. Post Office. Oh..... And most of your employees know me by name. That's huge! Thanks again!!!!
