A lot of these are clearly fake reviews. This is the worst customer service ever. I go out of my way NOT to ever have to use them again.

I was working with an employee, who I told I was in a hurry. She took a call while helping me and left for almost 15 minute before I went behind the counter and insisted she continue to help me. It was stressful and I was a couple of minutes late to my doctor appointment. Horrid thing to do to a customer.
This place rocks! Obviously the printing is top notch with great prices, but our favorite part is the experience. All of their staff members are super nice and love getting to know you. Every time I visit Pack, Ship & More I feel like I’m visiting family! Thanks guys for elevating the Bend community. No wonder you’ve been in business for 30 years ;) Keep Up the great work!
