Stay FAR Away! Stay FAR away from this place. I dropped off an Apple MacBook Pro computer to be mailed via USPS. The owner claims that he brought the package to the loading dock at the Santa Fe Post Office -- but he did not get a receipt nor did he, crucially, see that the item(s) he dropped off were SCANNED IN by the Post Office. So now he takes no responsibility for the lost computer and either does the Post Office. I am in the process of suing Pack Ship & Mail in Magistrate Court for the loss of this package. Lost mail! Never use this place to send your packages. They'll lose your mail and won't even pretend to care or help you find what they lost. Not worth it and extremely disappointed. Never going back.
These guys are the friendliest & take time to answer your questions & tell you all your options. They have shipped fragile items around the US and to Canada for me for the past 10 years. They're lower cost than some in town.
