If I could give them zero stars I would. First of all they made us fantasize over what we wanted to eat “below graces” of some rich teenagers. Then made fun of me and my sick son under their breath u til we chose what we want to in fear. Then when I got my ice cream is was hard and icy. I spent $9 and some change on a large to listen to them continue making fun of me when I walked away. This is not a true Gelato, they used to though many years ago but not anymore. Very water down flavors if you can find any flavor whatsoever. I hadn't have one in a while and I decided to bring the whole crew (family)...not exaggerating we ended up throwing them in the trash 😑
flavor and texture not great. Underwhelming. Expected more from a place in this fancy mall
Why is it so watery? Really disappointed.
I normally love paciugo but today I got the pannacotta and it mostly tasted like water and had the consistency of shaved ice. I have no idea what happened but it was pretty bad.
