I checked out Paciugo at the Galleria Dallas, and honestly, it was pretty average. While it’s a convenient spot near the ice rink, I wouldn't really consider it "authentic" gelato. • It felt more like premium ice cream than real gelato. This was super good the shake tasted amazing the customer service was extremely nice to me I finished it quickly of how good it was and decided to get another one it was great and was able to skate right after 10 out of 10
I went there yesterday and had the best experience at an ice cream shop in a long time. The worker was super sweet and seemed happy to take our order. Although I didn’t catch her name, this was the best customer service I’ve had. I got a small dubai chocolate gelato and it was the best ice cream I’ve had. It had a very rich and fudgy flavor and lots of pistachio flavor. The gelato was amazing but what really stood out to me was the worker, love her! Overall experience 100/10
