10$ for a small shake is insane + bad service with attitude not even giving you napkins, and the shake taste like water. Never in my life going back.

All the workers here are teenagers and busy with eating! Unprofessional and pricey.
I got a coffee. A latte in deed. The price was exactly twice as much as I pay in local coffee shops for an extraordinary latte. In this place though, they used an automatic machine with powder milk. Tasted horrible and it was very expensive. They need to disclose they can’t make a proper milk drink instead.
The sales guy was rude. The guy refused to give me samples of the gelato while giving the previous customer enough samples. I'm a regular customer here and the gelato is good but this experience was the first and the last I go to this place.
