Pacific Source has twice denied coverage for medications they previously covered for me. I’ll be doing well on a medication, then they’ll suddenly stop covering it, leading to a ton of issues for me. I’d recommend picking an insurance company that’s more consistent and doesn’t flip-flop on you so much. I’ll be switching at the start of next year myself
This insurance is a joke. They pick and choose what they will cover, which is almost nothing. An office visit to an in-network orthopedic Dr Visit was for a cortisone shot. PS considers the shot surgery, I pay $211.30. Visit to the chiropractor, once again in-network. $226.24, because a X-ray was taken. Evidently not covered as part of office visit.
