Very disappointing company. I was persuaded to instal their so,ar panels in 2018 and my DWP bill was slightly but not overly reduced. But last week I received a $1200. DWP bill. Apparently a part in the panels stopped functioning and I had no idea. The company refused to offer a reimbursement and now have the temerity to charge me $400 to replace this part. The worst customer service ever. I had an inverter go out on my system that was still under warranty. I'm now at six weeks since my initial call requesting service. Between a front office that needs to be continuously reminded to schedule appointments and a tech who messed up the first report it's been a disaster.
