Specific Sky Solar did an outstanding job upgrading my solar system. The team was professional, on time for every visit, and their customer service was excellent—clear, responsive, and easy to work with. The owner even came out, walked me through the whole process, and answered all my questions. Installation was smooth and they left everything spotless. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend Specific Sky Solar!
Pacific Sky Solar tried to take advantage of my 89-year-old grandfather by sending a pushy salesperson who promised him that the solar system would be completely free and that he would never receive another electricity bill. Pacific Sky Solar has been going through my neighborhood leaving flyers that appear to be from the LADWP (Los Angeles Department of Water and Power), claiming to offer “discount” and “debt relief” programs. The flyers are designed to look official, which immediately raised red flags. Just take a second read some of these reviews and you’ll understand why I canceled my contract with them. Biggest headache of my life, shame on them all.
Pacific Sky Solar is a terrible company to work with. They do everything in their power to get you to sign up — constant follow-ups, big promises, and assurances about service and savings. But once that contract is signed, everything they told you seems to go out the window. Communication becomes difficult, deadlines are missed, and the level of customer care drops dramatically. I regret choosing Pacific Sky Solar and would strongly recommend doing more research before trusting them with your project.
