ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY INSTALLED MY AUNTS PROPERTY IN CUDAHY LAST YEAR AND THEY DIDN’T GIVE HER ANY BATTERIES AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DIDN’T GIVE HER THE PANELS THAT SHE NEEDED! REALISTICALLY SHE NEEDED OVER 24 PANELS AND THEY TOLD HER SHE ONLY NEEDED 12 PANELS TO NOT MAKE HER PAYMENT SO HIGH! I’M TRYING TO CANCEL OUR CONTRACT TO GO WITH ANOTHER SOLAR COMPANY
If it sounds too good to be true.....it's because it is. Please take my advice and listen to the dozens of one star reviews and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! This company has been incompetent and a complete nightmare from the very beginning and I can't believe I signed a contract that means I'm stuck with them for years. Very disappointing company. I was persuaded to instal their so,ar panels in 2018 and my DWP bill was slightly but not overly reduced. But last week I received a $1200. DWP bill. Apparently a part in the panels stopped functioning and I had no idea. The company refused to offer a reimbursement and now have the temerity to charge me $400 to replace this part. The worst customer service ever. I had an inverter go out on my system that was still under warranty. I'm now at six weeks since my initial call requesting service. Between a front office that needs to be continuously reminded to schedule appointments and a tech who messed up the first report it's been a disaster.
