Dear Howard, I want to call your attention to the response of GiGi Gada, who was at the time serving as concierge, to a critical situation in our entryway involving myself. On July 19, i had fallen while crossing MLK Boulevard on the way home and was spouting blood from my head and nose. I stumbled to our building. GiGi immediately come to me with a bundle of paper towels and said that she intended to call an ambulance.
