It’s honestly kind of shocking how bad this emergency room is…I’ve been here a total of five times and each time is terrible. The only decent thing about this place is the actual doctors and nurses, who all seem to be wonderful. Everything else is….wow. The women at the front desk should not be in any sort of career that involves helping others or probably even talking to others. Terrible emergency room care. I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was indifferent, the wait was extremely long, and they showed no empathy or sense of urgency, even though the situation was serious. I felt like my well-being wasn't a priority. I don't recommend this place to anyone who needs prompt, humane medical care. I hope they improve the quality of service, because compromising people's health is no small feat.

My mother was taken to the emergency room by ambulance in severe pain, unable to walk safely. When I arrived, I was shocked to find her sitting in front of the registration window—without a wheelchair in sight. Given her condition and her difficulty communicating, I was deeply concerned for her well-being, as she cannot advocate for herself as effectively as others might.
