If I could give this place zero stars, I would. There is no compassion from the nurses, and patients in the mental health unit are being neglected. My mother was there for almost five days without a shower. When I asked a nurse to help her shower, I was told this is not a convalescent facility. My mother cannot walk on her own, yet they expected her to shower by herself. There was also very minimal supervision. Horrible experience I came in distressed but holding composure as I was told my mom was brought to this hospital and didn’t have any other info. Nobody seemed to have urgency or even a little compassion to help me find my mom. The security guards were on their phones and only one was kind enough to give me half-assed directions while the other guard in the emergency area acted like I was an inconvenience.
