Emergency service the front desk girl with curly hair is very rude for no reason.The hospital needs works alot of it is run down . I'm surprised this hospital is still up & running.

Honestly after months went by it just got to the point where I cant ignore it no more. Someone should take action and review these complaints. Back to what I want to say is a long frustrating situation beginning of February 2025, I was in with my father who is sick and gave us the run around all day, finally got helped after maybe a 5 hour wait. Pacifica hospital was very helpful to my mental health needs and the Doctor I Had Was Very Kind And Helpful the Staff Were Very Nice To Me And Gave Me Extra Food At meal times And The Admission Staff Member Was Very Nice To Me As Well He Explained the situation for being admitted the social worker Anthony was very helpful with Discharge and I really Appreciate The Good Work they put in to help me

I came to the hospital because I had heavy nausea and vomiting for 3 days. I was given 2 barf bags and used them both, sitting on my knees in the bathroom. They eventually gave me a shot that helped, but only for the next 6 hours, I was there. I was told over and over again, that the doctor was not through with me and for 4 1/2 hours, I paced, waiting for a prescription, I could take to my pharmacy. Pacifica hospital valley gets a 5 star rating for me. For the past. Going on seven years. Forgiving me CPTSD, S/A, DRUGGING ME AGAINST MY WILL, I was also discharged from the hospital with a another patient's paperwork, that's a HIPPA violation, in 2019 after my son committed suicide, 3-12-2019.
