UPDATE: They are sending a replacement and I've updated my review from 1 to 4 stars. I still hope they improve their customer service and "no exceptions" refund policy but I'm glad they've at least fixed this issue. 10/4/21: Ordered online and received an empty tube of Vegan Collagen Mascara. Because it was past 30 days, customer chat refused to refund, replace, or even give me a discount on a replacement product and were not apologetic about it. It's a bummer because I love their products.

I love their facemasks and blush colors! I have sensitive skin and it dosen't irritate it at all! Great Products!
