Could be a great clinic, I may never know. Been on hold for 30 minutes with booking. I’ve called before and been on hold up to 20 minutes before getting through. And the “callback” service does not work even following their instructions.
Billing issues, clinical oversight, improper documentation of care, and overlooking lab and imaging results. This all seems to be happening due to poor management and doctors over-scheduling. I found a new home in Orange Coast Women's Medical Group (another group in Hoag) with incredible doctors and management!
Terrible experience! Staff members made mistake making my appointment! Wasted my time to get there to find out they can’t see me on the day they scheduled me for!because of their own mistake and Erin in front desk was not underestang and not willing to help me and she was just covering for their coworker mistake and refused to help, she was not helpful as they supposed to be. At least to fix the inconvenience they caused.
