Terrible experience! Staff members made mistake making my appointment! Wasted my time to get there to find out they can’t see me on the day they scheduled me for!because of their own mistake and Erin in front desk was not underestang and not willing to help me and she was just covering for their coworker mistake and refused to help, she was not helpful as they supposed to be. At least to fix the inconvenience they caused.

Reaching out for an appointment has been incredibly frustrating. The lines are almost always busy, and when they do connect, the wait times are ridiculously long. It feels nearly impossible to get through. This level of inaccessibility is unacceptable, especially when the service is critical. There needs to be a serious improvement in how appointments are managed and how customers are supported..
So tough to reach out for an appointments, mostly the line is busy .
Dr.Lin has been amazing . I was with Dr.strachan till she retired which was sad since she was the best. However, ever since she retired I have been going to Dr.Lin for my annual physical. She recommended the best surgeon Dr.winter for fibroid removal surgery and I can't thank her enough for that.thank you Dr Lin
