I live in one of the buildings built by Pacific West Development and it's the worst place I've ever lived. My whole unit vibrates when the upstairs neighbors are just walking around. We hear & feel their every footstep.
Not sure why these reviews are so old when the PWD team has made some big moves in the recent past. Dan and Andrew are a couple of top dawgs that you can count on to get your project done right and on budget. They'll shoot you straight and get it done, and if they can't get'er done, then they are going to put you in touch with the people that can. Because that's the kind of people they are and the connections to other top notch players that they have.
