I do not recommend going to this location. I was referred by the hospital to Pacific Wellness & Lactation. I gave birth to my son on a Friday and scheduled a visit to here on a Tuesday for a possible tongue tie of my baby. I was under the impression that the visit would be under one hour for analysis of tongue tie of my baby. The visit ended up being closer to two hours with extensive examination, none of which I asked for. I was billed for the length of the visit for both me and my baby. 100% recommend this place. Son had a type 1 tongue tie and they had him latching in just over a week. They were so so sweet, and really take the time to listen. The environment was calm and relaxed, and I just can’t speak highly enough about our experience.
I have been to this clinic for 3/4 kids and I would recommend to every new mom to go to! They take time to hear what’s going on and really see you as a person. Every provider in the clinic has been so kind and helpful. They have also remembered me every time I come in which means more than they probably know. I truly feel taken care of here with all my breastfeeding needs. I wish more clinics like this existed! I could go on and on about how much I love it here.
Worth the drive here! My baby would always get fussy and refuse to latch without a nipple shield, but after one visit with BreAnne, I no longer have to use the shield! She was so friendly and I loved her gentle approach. She was very thorough and clear and gave us exercises to do. Now I can confidently say I am exclusively breast feeding and can go out in public without worrying about bringing the nipple shield with me. I’m already recommending this clinic to every mom I know!
