1 star because the nurse (name starts with the letter T) made an appointment with me but when I showed up there was no appointment and I was turned away. I have the appointment paper written by the nurse herself as proof. The front desk person had no empathy. She simply said, you don't have an appointment. She offered no alternative solutions. Both my spouse and I requested time off from work to attend this very important appointment. Our young baby had to be woken up and get hauled to the appointment in the cold rain. We ha... read more

I can't even begin to describe how grateful I am for this clinic. As a first time mom with a baby with a severe tongue tie interfering with breast feeding, our first week with our baby turned out to be very rough despite her giving her best efforts. Breanne and Grace are just so kind and understanding. This is the place you want to go for tongue tie release. I was incredibly relieved to be able to schedule an appointment only four days after learning my daughter needed one. I was even more impressed with the care, expertise, bedside manner, and human touch of each associate I interacted with in the office. They provided holistic care and a thorough assessment.
