Everyone is very nice…but unfortunately they couldn’t reproduce my AC issue that usually starts 30 minutes or so after freeway driving. I’m going to need to document it next road trip.
Carlos was Awesome start to finish, as were the rest All the items were in stock,and everything seems great. Susan was there as well, and Susan always remembered me, she maybe the only other service manager from when Pacific VW, moved from PCH to Hawthorne.
Best Customer Service of all dealers I have been to.
