Service was good and took care of my vehicle. Very happy Jose was very good.
They had my newly leased car for over 30 days. I had to call after 2 weeks to just ask what was happening. I NEVER received a call from my customer support guy. I had to call every time. I would also call and leave messages and not receive a call back. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I will probably never get a VW again.
