This apartment complex is under new ownership and management. There has been remodeling going on, updating of apartments, and new apartment homes being built, and most importantly, all of the drugs and trouble have been evicted. There is a screening process for new tenants, and long term tenancy by supporting the tenants with a well maintained community, in a friendly atmosphere. If you rent from these people, you had better get ready to be lied to because when I moved out, I left it in better condition than it was when I moved in and that has been 3 mths ago and I have yet to get my deposit back...Looks like I am going to have to get a lawyer and sue them. Im smart though, I have pictures of before and after....MW
