There has been remodeling going on, updating of apartments, and new apartment homes being built, and most importantly, all of the drugs and trouble have been evicted. There is a screening process for new tenants, and long term tenancy by supporting the tenants with a well maintained community, in a friendly atmosphere. If you rent from these people, you had better get ready to be lied to because when I moved out, I left it in better condition than it was when I moved in and that has been 3 mths ago and I have yet to get my deposit back...Looks like I am going to have to get a lawyer and sue them. Im smart though, I have pictures of before and after....MW
