Verbally abusive DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We were told that the work would take 2 days, but it took 3. There were some places where the glaze had "run" like paint and other places where small air bubbles had surfaced. My husband pointed these out to the owner on the third day, who then became verbally ABUSIVE. He started yelling at my husband--calling him names and using profanity.
