Deserves no stars! Michael, the owners son fired me for simply getting up from cutting metal sheets on the ground. Michael pretty much did not like how I got off from the floor. He stated that 5 seconds of getting up meant staying down too long. He did not follow protocol. 5 points equals a determination, which I did not have! When I applied for this position, the description states (welders needed, will train). Another lie, I entered the job with being trained for atleast 7 hours within 2 days.
