Had a transmission fluid change here (pan drop, filter replacement, and fill) on my Explorer ST. They stand by their work and helped me replace a missing heat shield that was misplaced during the work as well as double check the fluid level a month later just to verify things. Prices are extremely fair and Junior really looks out for you. Highly recommend this shop.
Let me start by stating that I cannot recommend Pacific Transmission, and the owner Junior, highly enough. I needed to have my transmission, radiator and radiator support replaced so I called around 10 transmission shops in my area to get estimates for labor only and Junior gave the lowest. When it came time to move forward with the repairs about a month later Junior honored that estimate. Communication with the shop was great with Junior in easy contact via text.
