My best friend and ex husband recommended this place I went to two others before and they all wanted me to shell out $900-1000 and buy a new set of 4 tires but this place fixed my tire, rotated them and told me I have another 5000 miles on my tires. It also was apparent that the Audi Oakland never actually rotated my tires even after 3 services there ! I will come back here to get new tires when it’s time. Today I was turned away while trying to purchase tires for my wife. He told me to come back in 5 to 6 thousands miles because I didn't need them. That reminded me of the same honesty that my mother has with with her customers as she operates her business. I wil be back in 5k miles and likely will be purchasing my tires from that establasment as long as I reside in the Bay Area.
