The owner is a no nonsense type of guy, they have good prices, but the experience I've had with them has been a bit annoying; the second guy in charge was told to go look at my car, instead of coming to take a look, he walked past me to help some ladies that just drove in, I thought it was pretty obvious I was next in line, but he wanted to cheese it up with the ladies.
