My parents were their residents for almost a year. we are planning to renew our lease here, but now we might not…. For the past two weeks, we have been reaching the lease office through phone calls ( their voicemail is full the whole week which you can’t leave any messages), emails and residential portal, tend to negotiate the rent, none of the ways we got responses. All these rent they charged us, and these are they services we got…
Scheduled a tour and not only was there no direction on how to get to the leasing office, and no one showed up, but also no one answered their phone for the whole half hour I waited. Very frustrated to have time wasted like this.
I was a resident I lived there 1 year with my daughter and she had a baby. She moved to Texas due to the fungus mushrooms growing out of the corner by the tub floor and it had a wet moisture smell. I reported it to management they did nothing about it also I never washed my clothes there because the washer had ruined my daughter clothes. There was a cockroach problem too. Maintenance is consistently courteous, helpful, and professional. Wilson responds promptly to work orders and completes each task efficiently and thoroughly. He recently repaired a wall outlet in the restroom and went above and beyond by also replacing a light bulb that was out.
